School classes all year round on request

The Laatsch local history museum gives you an insight into the rural culture and working world of the upper Venosta Valley. The cornerstone of the museum is the Schuster Collection. The master baker and passionate collector Norbert Schuster (1931 – 2015) collected hundreds of everyday objects and tools from Laatsch and the region. They document the way of life, traditions and work in the Venosta Valley.

Opened in 2004, the museum in Laatsch in Mals is located in the barn of the parish and is run by a local history association.

Special guided tours and group appointments take place from June to September on request.

Guided tours are organised for school classes all year round on the topics of "From grain to bread" and "From flax to linen".
